Made-to-measure blinds

Every blind is made to the measurements and options you choose, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind or for blinds made to incorrect measurements supplied by you. You can cancel free of charge before we start making your order: just contact us as soon as possible.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your blind arrives damaged, develops a fault, or is not made to the sizes you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at [email protected] or 01924 283284 with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free repair or replacement, or a full refund, and cover any return delivery costs. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment card within 14 days of us agreeing the refund.

Free samples

Fabric samples are free and do not need to be returned.
