Measuring and ordering
How do I measure my window?
You’ll need a steel tape measure. Our step-by-step measuring guide explains inside and outside recess fitting and exactly where to measure.
Can I order in inches or millimetres?
Yes. On each blind you can choose centimetres, inches or millimetres before entering your width and drop. The price updates as you type.
What if I’m not sure my measurements are right?
Please call us before you order. Because every blind is made to the sizes you give us, we can’t take back a blind made to measurements that were supplied incorrectly.
Fabrics and colours
Can I see the fabric before I order?
Yes. Choose up to eight free fabric samples. We post them free to any UK address and you don’t need to return them.
Are your roller blinds blackout?
No. Our roller blind fabrics filter light; they are not blackout fabrics.
Which blinds are best for kitchens and bathrooms?
Our faux wood Venetian blinds cope well with steam and splashes, so they are the practical choice for kitchens and bathrooms.
Delivery
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free to UK addresses on every order.
How long will my blind take?
Every blind is made to order. Orders are usually dispatched within 7 working days. See delivery information.
Returns and cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge, before we start making it. Contact us as soon as possible.
Can I return my blind?
Made-to-measure blinds can’t be returned for a change of mind. If your blind arrives damaged, develops a fault or isn’t made to the sizes you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will repair or replace it or refund you in full. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights. See returns and refunds.
